Razer Nari Ultimate disconnects from the usb dongle

Hey everyone! I bought Razer Nari Ultimate on 31.12.2021 as a present to myself for New Year's Eve. I was extremely happy about them since the sound was great and stuff. The only annoying thing that I discovered during the period was that they are practically useless while charging, but that's another story.

So, today, already in 2023 (exactly 365 days after the purchase), while playing the headsets started disconnecting and connecting again (loop). Most of the time the headsets were trying to connect to the dongle. It is impossible to play now basically without sound. Interesting thing is that when there is no sound on the PC, there is a connection. But when I am trying to open a game or open a YouTube video, the connection is lost after about 5 seconds. Worth to mention, I have recently updated Razer Synapse to the newer version, but it was a couple of days ago, not sure if the problem is in Synapse. Also, the same issue is on another PC without Razer Synapse installed.

I have tried this solution and also this one, but nothing helps really. I have noticed that this is a popular issue among Nari headset owners, but I am not sure if there is any solution yet.

P.S. Purchase receipt is lost, so trying to fix the headsets.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?
