Hi,
I've had my Nari for a few months now and it been beeping constantly. Disconnecting and reconnecting during game play.
I've tried moving the dongle to the front of my PC. Downloading and trying the dongle pairing app. Plugging the headset into a wall charger USB. Plugging the headset into the computer USB. ANd any other forum and suggestions mentioned here.

im having the same issue but my headset is 2 days old and is an issue that loads of people have, i have also tried the dongle repair and pairing
Same problem with nari essential here. The beeping gets really annoying and i have no idea what to do to fix it. I've also had this issue since i got the headset. Hopefully there's a software fix. In my experience, razer hardware is awesome while the software is some of the worst and unpolished i have ever seen, bugging out and not saving changes left and right (disappointing, really).
same issue some times it says headset doesnt get recognized
Same here...how to fix it?
Just purchased mine yesterday for its wireless feature. Haven't had any connection issues while it's connected via USB, however, as soon as I plug its receiver (into my base station) it randomly disconnects! I have yet to try to connect the Nari via 3.5mm jack. This is extremely disappointing, to say the least.

So far I've read that some customers are blaming micro-vibrations that interrupt Nari's receiver causing disconnection issues. I'm not sure what to do next, perhaps just return the headset and buy something that's not Razer. Synapse causes so many issues and provides little to no solutions to solve these issues, especially if you're running anything under Windows 10.
Same here, from august 2020 until last week no problems but its disconecting again. I bought this headset a year ago. 2 months later it disconected randomly. I contacted razer suport and I have to return my headset for repair. 1 week later the problem stops, so I decided not to return my headset. And now its disconecting again.

today I tried the Razer pairing Utility, but the problem stays.
I hope there is a solution before I throw the headset out of my window.

sorry for my english btw
Is there a fix for this? I bought mine about a month ago. It worked great for the first 2 days so I threw the packaging away and now it's started disconnecting with the beep that everyone else has mentioned. This is incredibly frustrating as I dropped 80 bucks on this thing and it's not usable like this.
Exact same issue I am having.

I've had a Razer Nari for several months now and it was fine, however from about a week ago it just constantly beeps and disconnects and reconnects.
Is someone gonna address this issue from Razer? It seems everyone has that problem
Started happening with Nari, just got it this week. Razer support asked if I used any other wireless signal or was around any other signals. I use a wireless mouse and live around a lot of wireless internet signals. They said that was the issue and marked it resolved.

I'm really shocked...

yeah...thats a bunch of crap. Spend all this money on a headset and you cant even use it if you use any other wireless things? I think not. NEVER had this issue with my Turtle Beach headset

Same here. They changed my first nari ultimate (which didn't work at all anymore in wireless). And the new one work but disco/reco regularly.... I must admit I'm fed up with Razer

I may have found a working solution to my version of these symptoms of random beeps and disconnects.

The beeps and the disconnects sound to me exactly like the headset turning off due to lack of power or inactivity even when the device is fully charged. In Synapse noticed that there is a "Power" tab under Audio = Nari / Synapse / Audio / Power / Power Saving.

"Power Saving" + "Windows" = oh, that nonsense.

The Razer Nari and dongle are bluetooth devices. Which made me consider Windows 10 Bluetooth Power Management. There is a seperate known issue in which a bluetooth radio will randomly turn off and on due to a bluetooth radio being in a low power state. There is a way to get into Windows 10 Bluetooth Power Management to solve that but I haven't bothered with that yet to test for the Razer headset issue.

I made a guess that Synapse Power Saving + Windows 10 Bluetooth Power Management are essentially putting the device into a lower power state.

So I turned Synaspe Audio Power Saving off = no beep or disconnects. It works.

If anyone has a better idea or more technical explanation with a working solutions then have at it.
I have the exact same issue, and it also started randomly. Note the headset wasn't dropped or anything, nor was the wireless dongle. And it's getting kinda annoying hearing todoo doo, todoo doo, todoo doo, todoo doo,... in game.

@Razer.Speedcr0ss could you help us all out here.

Thanks for the mention. You can follow the steps from this link or try disabling the Windows fast startup feature. Please check the steps below:

"Disable Fast Startup Feature"

  • Open Control panel.
  • Change the view at the top-right and select either small or large icons, then select "Power Options".
  • Choose what the power button does in the left panel.
  • Click the "Change settings that are currently unavailable" link.
  • Scroll down and uncheck the box in front of “Turn on fast startup” and save changes.

Should the issue persist, feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
