Razer Nari Ultimate dongle doesnt work anymore

Hi,

 

So I’ve been using this headset for years now, but recently it stopped working. Couldnt find what the problem was until now: its the dongle. I tried using the Dongle Recovery tool (thats what I saw that could maybe fix the problem) but that didnt work, because my system can only see it for a short period of time until it disappears again. Its the same on all USB ports on my pc. 

So the only solution what I am seeing here is a new dongle…

What should I look out for when buying a new one?
