Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Issues
Good evening, unfortunately my hand has been forced and I am left no choice but to make a forum support thread.
My Nari Ultimate has always had minor connection issues--disconnecting and reconnecting rapidly or disconnecting for a while then reconnecting--and I've thought nothing of them. However, today a strange problem arose where the dongle itself stops being registered as connected to my pc after the headset itself makes a sound. I have tried the Nari Recovery tool and even the Nari Pairing tool to no avail. I am unsure as to whether or not it is a dongle issue or another issue with my PC. My knowledge on dongle support is dubious at best, so I am in the dark as to whether I am able to get a replacement dongle. I have had this headset for more than 2 years minimum and any sort of proof of purchase is most likely long gone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
