Hello recently my dongle I think stoped working on my Razer Nari Ultimate
The dongle doesnt appear when I connect it on my pc I read this post and decided to make one aswell
Is There any chance to get a replacement dongle? I bought the Headphones 1 and half year ago.It's sad that it stopped working for no reason and the warranty is off.I have the S/N numbers and Dongle Numbers.
How can I proceed on this matter?
