Razer Nari Ultimate dongle replacement

Hello,
I have a Razer Nari Ultimate headset for a few years and recently it stopped connecting to my PC. The headset does not seem to be the problem but rather the dongle. When i plug in the dongle it disconnects after a short time. Where can I buy a replacement for the dongle?

I contacted support, and they told me that they don’t sell them, and I would have to get it through a different retailer. It’s pretty disappointing that so many people have this issue and they can’t offer a replacement.

I’ve had my Nari for a bit now and as of 2 days ago (12/13/2024) Mine completely stopped connecting to the Dongle. I’ve done everything I can to try and get them to connect and work again, but sadly nothing has worked. I now had to go out and Buy the Kraken V4’s, which tbh, don’t work very well. I love the Haptics of the Nari so much and the Kraken V4’s don’t have that. Not to mention Razer themselves don’t sell a Replacement part for the Nari Dongles. Might have to buy them on Ebay or Amazon. I am very very sad that i can’t use my Nari headset.
