I have used this headset for about 3 years with 0 issues. yesterday it suddenly disconnected and wasn't reconnecting. So I did the repair tool and it seemed to work but as soon as a sound is played it breaks again. Did the recovery tool and it doesn't change anything. Seems to be impossible to get a replacement as well. I'm very frustrated I enjoyed this headset.
