Razer Nari Ultimate headset keeps disconnecting
After 2 years my Razer Nari Ultimate headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.
I think the issue is the dongle since it was hot AF when I pulled it out of my pc.
I've checked the store for replacement parts to buy a new dongle but apparently these are not available?
I've already tried everything with updating drivers, BIOS, reinstalling razer synapse, ....
But nothing works....
My headset is no longer in warranty and I don't have the proof of purchase anymore.
And apparently you can't create a normal support case anymore once your product is out of warranty....?
