I plug the dongle into my Ps5 and after about 20 seconds it just disconnects and every time I try to unplug and plug back in the dongle it keeps just disconnecting how do I fix this?

Does it make any difference when you connect it via Windows PC? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
