Razer Nari Ultimate keeps disconnecting and connecting

I had a nari ultimate for about a year until it physically broke with no connection problems, got a new one about 2 weeks ago, had no problems until this morning, where I cannot get it to connect for more than 5 seconds, and it has a constant annoying beeping, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried to follow every bit of advice I could scrounge from reddit and this forum, but I've had no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, checked every driver, recovered the dongle and paired the dongle and headset, removed the device from my PC, etc. At this point I'm willing to accept its a hardware issue even though I have no idea what could've sparked it, I've not touched the dongle since I got it two weeks ago. I am at my wits end. Please help, I really don't want to have to buy another headset.
