Razer Nari Ultimate Lights not working

I have had my Nari Ultimates for a bit now, and I just noticed that they aren’t lighting up, so I checked synapse, and in the chroma studio it is accurate and has the correct effect and everything. Brightness is at 100, the Turn off When Screen off is disabled, and there are no apps controlling it. I had a problem before where Opera GX took control of it with GX Lights but that is all disabled now. The little mute indicator light on the microphone works but not the side ones. Not sure what to do

i also having same issue on this. got any suggestion how to fix it?

Lowkey I don’t remember exactly but I think I just uninstalled synapse and cortex (if you got that) and then reinstalled it. I tried to fix it for like 2 weeks and tried everything I could think of but nothing worked then one day I noticed the lights were working. 
 

if you haven’t already check in the synapse app and make sure no apps are controlling the lights cause sometimes browsers or other apps will take control of lights so sync them with the stuff goin on in the app, so check that and then also make sure the lighting is displaying correctly in chrome studio so you know it’s not a problem with that.
