Razer Nari Ultimate Mic Not Working AT ALL

So ive been using my razer nari ultimates at a buds house and for some reason, now that i'm back home, my microphone just doesn't work. Ive tried to reinstall the drivers, tweak the settings, everything. It's not even making any sound when it comes to mic monitoring. Please help, it being a £200 i shouldn't be having issues with it this early on.
