I've tried all the damn solutions offered by razer support, but it still doesn't work.

It only works with the AUX wire .... but this is wireless !!! I paid for a product that doesn't do its job !!!

The problem does not seem to be hardware, simply the firmware recognizes the microphone but you can't talk !!

I have no possibility to call anyone on the support, because there is no number to do it !!! Only by mail, a message every 10 hours and have not solved anything !!!!

Result? they asked me to send it to the sender .... but the hardware works !!!

Too bad the Fedex point is miles away from me !!!
