Razer Nari Ultimate missing parts and mic not working

so i bought my pair of razer nari ultimate (for xbox) awhile ago straight from the razer website and could never get the mic to work properly. i tried to return them but the return process was overly complicated so i boxed them and set them in the garage to collect dust. well i recently opened them again and found a user manual on the website that mentions a dongle and wires that didnt come in the box. the only thing that was in the box was a manual and the headset. one of the pictures also shows a transceiver that can be removed from the headset but it is no where on my headset. my other issue is that the mic on the headset has never worked since i got it. i can mute it and unmute it but when i first used it i had to scream into the mic for people in my xbox parties to hear me which is why i stopped using it. ive tried messing with the headsets settings on xbox but all the options are greyed out and cant be changed. the xbox accessories app doesnt let me do anything with it. i also downloaded the razer headset app on xbox and it acts as if the headset isnt connected to the xbox even though i can hear audio queues throught it when i navigate the app. gotta be the worst 200ish dollars ive spent in my life. anyone know any fixes or why some of the parts in the manual didnt come in the box?
