Razer Nari Ultimate not connecting...

This has worked fine previously. Nari isn't showing in Razer Synapse, my Basilisk mouse is there but no Nari. I have tried the pairing utility but it will not work and apparently I need to update firmware... Guess what, that won't work either. I'm sick of overpriced Razer products not working as they should. I've wasted countless hours with this rubbish and time is a rare luxury for me. Go bust already.

I'm sorry for the issues that you've been experiencing right now. Allow me to help you with this matter. By the way, were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you tried clean reinstalling your Synapse? If you haven't, please follow the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your Nari Ultimate via PM.
