Razer Nari Ultimate not recognized from Synaps.

Hello to the support. My Nari Ultimate not recognized from Synaps 3( last update). Here is the link that it appears the Nari Ultimate and others Razer products in control panel ( WIN10 2004 updated) ...all appears except the Nari headphones to the Synaps panel. https://imgur.com/a/e66AMH I do anything from updates (win 10 2004 ,synaps 3 e,nvidia drivers ) nothinfg at all... I used Synapse's repair function to reinstall 2 times but the problem remain the same. The headphones works with the jack cable to the sound card of Asus motherborad. Any ideas pls? Thanx George.
