RAZER NARI ULTIMATE NOT STORING POWER

So I got the razer nari ultimate 2 or so years ago and just now my headphones only charge enough to keep them powered on while they are plugged in. The second I unplug them they shut off completely. I've taken them apart and unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and cleaned the charging port. I've tried everything I could and nothing seems to work.

    Also tried contacting support but we all know razer doesn't care and makes it hard to reach them!
