Razer Nari Ultimate Not Turning on at all

I have had this headset for over a year now, no problems then all of a sudden yesterday it decides to stop working. Ive held the power button for a number of minutes, tried while plugged in, tried different cables, tried putting the usb in a different spot. Does anyone have any ideas? The red light wont even turn on.

My guess is that the headset may no longer capable of holding charge. PM me the serial number of your headset along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can verify its model and check its warranty status. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
