Razer Nari Ultimate Problem

Hello. I recently bought new Razer Nari ultimate and I have problem with stereo balance. It is just acting weird. When I lower the volume of my headset between like 80% - 85% using volume wheel on my right earcup, it becomes unbalanced. But above 85% and below 80% it works perfectly fine. But it is 200$ headset, so I can not get over it. I can hear right earcup slightly more loud than my left earcup. I am using razer synapse 3.0, also tryed to reinstall all drivers, relocate the usb, reinstall synapse, tried using wired and also tried to run my headset on another devices but it is still the same. Is thare any driver fix or update out there ? I also read that these wheels are analog ones, so there will be no update that will fix them. Thinking about reclamation. What do you guys think? Do you have any suggestions how to fix it? Lot of Thanks

    Same here with regular Nari wireless. Left cup is slightly less loud below 80ish percent. I tried everything too. Short from using it only for sound through minijack, nothing helps. Wrote to local support and waiting to send them the device for the warranty diagnostic/replacement. Hope it solves it. Love Razer stuff, would be a pity to reclaim.

    Me too. Game/chat problems with my Nari ultimate on ps4.I bought on Amazon this Headset and i was stoked about the Sound and everything, but it is ridiculous expensive to have a non 100% Headset with this issues. sorry I didn`t really want to return the Headset, but it totally annoys me. The cheap made 80$ Headset from turtle beach has already done better. greetz from Austria
