worked fine, turned it off and plugged it in, went to bed, woke up, now it won’t turn on. my  pc seems to register it somewhat and seems to try and connect, but the synapse says that the device isn’t turned on. no lights come on when i try and turn it on, i have been trying to do the hard reset with the mute and power buttons but that did nothing, and all the people who are apparently having this same issue have had their questions completely ignored on this forum with people begging for answers. not very computer savvy so please help
