Hello, I have owned my Razer Nari Ultimate for a few months now and everything has worked as intented, however a day ago the headset got disconnected to the USB and then the USB stopped being recognized by the computer. I have tried all the ports in my pc aswell as ports in another pc with the same results, almost never gets detected and when it does after a few seconds/minutes (It depends) the pc stops recognizing it. I have updated Synapse and tried restarting my pc multiple times. I would really aprecciate if someone could help me.

Same issue here. Sometimes the dongle is recognized but the connection goes crazy and connects and disconnects connects and disconnects over and over again

I am having the exact same issue but on a windows 10 PC. Has anybody solved this problem?

Why is this such a common problem with the Nari Ultimate and yet Razer refuses to help or do anything about it. Same exact issues.

I've thought of something just now, I can still use the headset to listen and talk when plugged through aux, but the dongle seems to lose connection. Is there any way to purchase a replacement dongle to pair to and see if that fixes the issue? As in a case of a fried chip?

Yes, it's $20. But let me warn you, I've had to BUY my own replacement dongle twice. So on top of paying top dollar for the Ultimate, I have had to pay an additional $40 in 2 replacement dongles in 1 year. It seems this is just a BAD headset, and the dongles are hit or miss, with short lived solutions.
