Hello, I have the Razer Nari Ultimate and installing the Synapse I wanted to equalize the sound and take advantage of the bass boost, THX and all the options that the program offers but unfortunately any setting I change has no effect on the sound, apart from the Hypersense. Does anyone have a solution? Both in the program and in the games, as well as in web browsers like Chrome and Fifrefox the sound does not change. What can it come from?

    Hi there! This could be an issue with your cloud. Try creating a dummy account and use it to log in with Synapse. If the issue doesn't occur, then this is ultimately confirmed. Please make sure to update me back.
