I own a Razer Nari Ultimate and when I try to select surround sound in the synapse menu it looks like it works, but then I click on a different tab, and it is back in stero mode. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I am not sure if I am doing something or if it is the software.
Here is a video of what is happening

This is about a month late, but with your Nari's, you actually have to turn on surround sound through the "Mixer" tab instead of the "Sound" tab. What you're playing around with in your screen cap is just the test function.

Not only that, but to get the most out of Surround Sound, you have to also make sure that your default sound "device" is set to THX Spatial Audio. There's a button in Synapse that will automatically do that for you.
Me personally? I've found that the audio quality for my Nari's is far better with keeping Surround Sound mode off. That's really something that's up to you, though.
