Hi,
I recently purchased a renewed Razer Nari Ultimate headset from Amazon. I didn’t set it up immediately because I initially planned to give it as a gift. However, I’ve decided to keep it for myself.

When I first plugged in the headset and connected it to my PC using the pairing utility, it worked perfectly for a couple of days. Unfortunately, now every time I turn on the headset, the blue light blinks continuously, and I’m unable to connect it to my PC.

I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps to get it to work again, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Given that I spent over $100 on this headset, I really want to get it working.

Here are a couple of questions I have:

  1. Will this headset connect to any generic USB Bluetooth dongle, or does it require a Razer-specific dongle for proper functionality?
  2. I’ve noticed that some third-party sellers are charging $40-$60 for replacement dongles, which seems excessive. Are there any alternative solutions or reputable sources to buy a dongle without paying inflated prices?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
