Hello all,
I've been experiencing issues with my Razer Nari Ultimate since yesterday, anytime audio plays, the USB disconnects from the PC causing my headset to lose connection. The only thing to get it working again is to restart my PC. I've tried a multitude of things including, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, using different USB ports, updating windows, and the only thing I can do is use a 3.5 mm jack to directly connect the headset to the PC. Of course, I'd love to keep these headphones wireless. If anyone could give me any advice or solutions to my problems they would be much appreciated.

@technoLavenderPurple652 This is highly likely a hardware problem, please PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and start a case for a replacement request.

Mine is doing this same thing as of today.
I've run the recovery tool, pairing tool, reinstalled synapse, rinse repeat.
It's almost like the dongle is overheating.
