So I got the razer nari ultimate wireless from Walmart a few days ago and I got them today but they didn’t bring a usb receiver and when I plugged them to my controller with the cord I hear and stuff but my mic does not work even if I turn them on or off and my question is do I need the usb receiver to use the mic or is that a sign that the mic doesn’t work I have a ps5 thanks for the help in advance!
