So I have had my nari ultimates for maybe two weeks now, ordered them straight from the razer website. Recently I have noticed that the audio is cutting out constantly in wireless mode. It is very noticeable. It almost sounds like it is connected through a jack, but it has a really bad connection. I tried moving my wireless dongle as close as possible to the headset, but to no avail. In wired mode, the audio works perfectly fine.
I compared the audio from my phone and wireless mode on my PC watching the same video. There is heavy distortion on the PC side, and is very distracting. Is there anything that I am able to do (reinstall drivers, software, maybe ensure something is done correctly). If not, should I just take advantage of my warranty and see if it can be fixed?
I have actually found a temporary fix from another post on here. Plugging the dongle directly into a port on my motherboard seems to have fixed it. If the problem persists I will continue this thread.
