Razer Nari ultimate won't charge or tun on.(fixed)

well this just happened when I came home from school my razer Nari ultimate suddenly won't charge or light any led If I connect or disconnect the headset in the usb no led light turns on but it is still recognized på windows but doesn't play any sound

Hello ! Finally, I ended up trying once again to plug the usb cable, and it worked ! I don't understand why the 5 other times I tried it wasn't charging, but now it's back on the fully fonctionnal state. Thank you for trying to reach me and help, have a nice day !

Mine just started to have issues where it will not charge fully. If I leave my headset on and plug in my charge cable it took 4-5 attempts of plugging to get green battery charging icon For clarification, my red charging light is on, but the animated charge battery in synapse is not green and animated like it would be charging.
