razer nari ultimate won't pair with pc

brand new, can’t get it to pair with the dongle.  got the pairing tool and it still won’t pair.  Bought it yesterday.  The headset will work if i use the sound cord and plug it in.

    Good luck for you to get a solution as many of us have the same probleme. If you have a invoice and still have the product under waranty they will certainly offer you to change your dongle. If your product is not covered by the waranty you will not have any help from them… it appear that they re out of stock of this precious dongle.
