Razer Nari Ultimate Wont power on.

Hi. I've had my Razer Nari Ultimate for a few weeks. It has been working good. About 2-3 weeks ago, it stopped showing up in the Synapse App, but it still worked with the PC so I didnt think more about it. Today when I started my PC, the headset wont turn on. The red indicator is glowing when charing it, but nothing happens when I press the power on button. I've reinstalled Synapse, I've tried different ports, Ive reinstalled the drivers for the headset. Nothing. The sound works while using the normal 3.5mm cable but I cant get it to work. I stream full time so this is a big issue right now. Any ideas?

    If you left it charging for hours, but it still won't turn on, then it is possible that the battery can no longer hold power. We will have to look into your RMA options. Send me the serial number of the headset so I can check the warranty status. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
