Razer Nari Ultimates haptics suddenly stopped working

I just got my Nari Ultimates today and was configuring them in the synapse, I was testing the haptics to select a strength I liked when they stopped working altogether. the power light also doesn't flash any colours but they still turn on and sound good minus the haptics is there any way to fix this?

    And they just started working after being unplugged for a few minutes weird.
