Razer Nari. USB Dongle funktioniert nicht!!

Hallo, Ich habe ein Problem, und zwar mein USB Dongle funktioniert seit gestern nicht mehr. Es hat schon gestern die für paar Sekunden Verbindung unterbrochen. Inzwischen funktioniert nichts mehr. Wenn ich ihn an ein USB Port anschließe kommt solche Meldung (siehe Bilder). Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll. Kann jemand mir helfen? MFG ByBlurex Headset: Razer Nari
