Razer Nari Wireless Gaming Headset Randomly USB removed

Hi 

I own a Razer Nari Wireless Gaming Headset and it has worked great , however recently the audio device is not coming up on my sound devices. I will be playing a game for 30 min and then randomly all sound cuts out and I have to remove the 2.4 GHZ USB from my computer and then reinsert it and windows says that the USB is not working correctly so I remove and reinsert 5 or six times and the the device sometimes comes back. I have changed the USB port to 3 different ones and this still keeps happening. I have checked for updates in razer synapse but nothing. Please can someone help me

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? Please send me a PM along with your Razer Nari’s serial number so I can check its exact variant and look for a firmware update that we can run. I will also check for other workarounds along the way.
