Razer Nari Wireless Mic Not working

My razer nari wireless microphone stopped working out of nowhere, I tried to talk on PS4 and was not muted and did not capture audio and then the probe on the PC and the microphone does not work, details I must say the lights of red muted It turns on, what could it be?

    Hi there! Does the microphone work when used as a wired headset? Have you tried updating the firmware of the Nari?

    I already probe it with cable and if the microphone works, when using it wirelessly it does not work does not capture audio. what updated was the synapse 3 that came out today update. what is not is how to update the nari.

    Hey i got the same exact issues. Microphone work fine with cable but not with the USB. HELP ME
