Razer Nari Wireless Sound fading in and out

My Razer Nari's have been having an issue lately where sound both crackles and fades in and out. This happens running Spotify and playing games. Same with videos on Youtube and talking to people on Discord. I have updated my audio drivers on my computer. I have also restarted the computer and headset whenever this happens and still no fix. I have also reinstalled Synapse which doesn't fix it and even run repairs. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse. I have also deleted the Razer files on my program files still no fix. I have also ran a diagnostic on the audio on Windows having it trying to scan for any issues but they can never detect any. I'm at the point where it has to be a hardware issue with the headset. I need help to know if there is anything more i can do to resolve this issue or if I'm better off getting a replacement unit because I'm still under warranty. Any advice or help is much appreciated. Thank you to everyone who responds.

    I'd verify in another machine/environment if possible to be sure of hardware fault - if you're running wireless I recently had to debug an issue with my headphones constantly disconnecting, crackling was also a prominent symptom, I posted steps I went through to fix the problem here: /razer-headphone-beeping-fix.63602/ As it sounds like something that only just started happening for you if you added some new wireless technology in your room/office it may be to blame.
