Razer nari xboxone app won't work

Just bought razer nari ultimate for xboxone. The app Razer headset setup for xbox won't work. My headset is paired - I can hear sound and have solid razer symbol But app won't go beyond first page about paring. It doesn't seem to recognise my headset is paired. I have paired several times with same result
