Razer Naru Ultimate mic sounding robotic on occasion.

for whatever reason, my mic goes robotic almost every second sentence, and I do not know why. has anyone else had this issue? and does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi sorry I have taken so long to reply, I kinda forgot I asked about it here. umm idk if you want all my settings or just the mic settings. anyways interestingly I just realised that none of these settings are actually true. I think my synapse is lying to me, because I did audio tests and I remember turning vocal clarity off, I even say I did in the audio test, and now I was testing it to see if changing my mic settings is actually working, and they are not. turning vocal clarity on and off made no difference, neither did any of the other settings. any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps? Let me know how it goes.

just tried reinstalling synapse and it didnt change anything, also tried using my headset on a different device, and same results.
