Razer Navi Ultimate not detected
Hi,
I have a problem, synapse cannot find my device (USB wireless). I have the latest drivers, when i put in usb i can hear connecting sound but i didnt see navi in playback devices and synapse.

Please check your Device Manager. You will want to remove the drivers that pop-up after you plug in the dongle as they are highly likely the generic ones that the OS automatically installs. I suggest you do that by following this guide but don't hesitate to send me a PM if you need further assistance.
