Purchased someone headphones on 11/27 and missed the 2hour deadline to cancel my order online. Since then I have been in the dead loop that is know as Razer support trying to RMA this product. Easy right, just go to RMA and enter your order number...SIKE, Razer does not recognize your order, but will gladly take your money… getting to the point to where the products don’t warrant supporting such a company.
