Razer Neri Product code

I am trying to register my Razer Nari essential headset and must provide the serial and product number.as well. Ihave found the serial number under the left ear cushion but all I can find is the Model number, FC ID Number and some other number. I have tried them all and all return an invalid product number message. I have long since thrown out the packaging. WHats my next step?
