Razer no authentication

I bought the Razer Kraken X and registered it on 7.1 Surround Sound and one day it stopped working, I tried to fix it but it just says "No authentication found". I've tried uninstalling it, performing the clean reinstall, restarting my pc and setting up 2FA but nothing is working, every time I try to log in it says the same thing, "No authentication found". Please help
