Razer Nommo Chroma
Hi, been reading about 30 comments about how the speakers just die within a 30 day period.
https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B078H1T9YD/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_paging_btm_next_2?ie=UTF8&filterByStar=one_star&reviewerType=all_reviews&pageNumber=2#reviews-filter-bar
When they tilt over they break off from the stand..
Won't connect to Razer Synapse 3, well my Nari headphones won't show up either (have done all the reinstalls and firmware updates, no dice. But sound comes through, so I can live with that, I don't want my naris lights to consume battery anyways so it's almost a non issue for me)
I do like really much how they look, and I'm thinking of buying these, but I would like to have an official response of what kind of support can I expect?
Seems like it's more than likely that they just die within the first month, what happens then? Let's say I manage to return them, how many new pairs can I get etc? Or like what are the loopholes that Razer tries to push, to not solve the problem?
Or have there been some upgrades with manufacturing? Most of the reviews are year or two old..
I live in Estonia (europe) btw.
And I'm really not looking to do anything stupid with them, just reading the reviews it's really clear that it's a gamble to get these.
