Razer Nommo Pro has stopped appearing in Bluetooth devices

Have had My Nommo Pro for about 2 months now and haven't had any issues connecting my phone to the device. Although i did have an issue with connecting my laptop through Bluetooth it didn't bother me. However as of today the Nommo Pro has stopped appearing on the list of Bluetooth devices on my phone. The Rzr Remote app still appears and i am able to connect to it but not to the actual speakers. I have tried repairing by restarting the speakers and holding down the input button but still nothing appears. I have restarted as well as updated my phone (iPhone 7) but it did not fix the problem.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi there! Have you tried to connect the Nommo Pro to other devices to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.
Hi, I have tried connecting to it with my iPad as well as my razerblade stealth and still the same issue. Have also tried unplugging and powering down the speakers but it didn’t help.
