Razer Nommo Pro: Left speaker copies Right speaker LEDs

I've had these for about a year now and this has always been an issue, I've contacted support and they were supposed to send me a new set of speakers but they never sent me an email back after giving them my info. Any software or hardware I can tweak to solve this? I was going to post a video showing me changing the LEDs and the left speaker just copies whatever I set the right speaker to, but I can only post photos, but even then my phone's photos are "too large for the server to process." (C'mon, Razer...) I can see and adjust the left speaker in Chroma Studio but it doesn't do anything when I change the LEDs. Yes I did click save.
