Hello, I was dismayed to find that the dust caps of my brand newly unboxed Razer Nommo Pro speakers were both punched in - see attached. This is clearly caused by whoever wrapped the bubble wrap around the speakers - they must have applied too much pressure. For how much these speakers cost they should be flawless in their packaging.... What recourse do I have to get to this fixed?
