Razer Nommo Pro Volume Dial Problem

Hi, I just unpacked my Nommo Pro and set it up nicely in my room. Until i noticed that the volume dial on the wired round puck doesnt seem to be working properly anymore. Here's a video of it. https://streamable.com/3pp5e7 It seems like the dial is short circuiting, everytime i turn the knob the up way, sometimes it goes up and goes back down, turn it any other way it goes haywire up and down. I think it's a problem. Can i get a replacement for the puck control?
