Worth a try:
Go to device manager and click update driver for your yellow question marked device. But instead of letting it to search it automatically, you choose browse computer and then let me pick from a list ... . Search razer and pick driver to be installed from a list.Do this for all of your yellow question marked devices.
Make sure keyboard is not in the list (i think i saw razer blackwidow chroma in the list under keyboards, if it is yours) and if not, then for that choose one of the "HID Keyboard device" and do same process for it too, browse, let me pick, search and install. After that restart computer and see if they are detected in synapse. If not, then well, it was at least worth a try.

If didn´t work, and want to revert back the changes, you can go to device manager, pick a device and update driver, and choose automatically option. It should then revert back to original state.

now they dont even appear as other devices but they all work
After applying manually drivers like this, they will go under their correct categories. So for your case, razer mamba tournament edition should now be under mice and other pointing devices. About razer firefly, as it is mouse pad, can´t tell under which category it went, but after going through, it should be somewhere there.
But main question is, did they appear in synapse or not? If not then further troubleshooting is needed.

bro lol they dont appear anywhere in devices manager under nothing razer app does not detected them
Just watched your video again. If i see synapse correctly, are you opening synapse 2?
Have you tried installing synapse 3?

I did it does not detect it
I am having the same issue with my Kraken 7.1 V2 Mercury. since this last update the old razen Synapse no longer see my head set. i have to go into device and printers to see it with a caution symbol next to the name. I then have to run the trouble shooter and reboot the PC. This has been happening since the april synapse 3 update
