Razer not detecting my devices in 2.41

i installed 2.41 but it wont detect my mouse. i tried to install an earlier version (2.21) and then update it but it wont update it will say http://prntscr.com/p2clw8 but it would detect my devices http://prntscr.com/p2ckt0 but wont show them up on the software (i guess you have to update it until it will work) http://prntscr.com/p2cmnz. what can i do?

    talking about the razer synapse 2. and before you say install 3 my devices are not supported there.
