Got my order from Razer on 27th. Some of the stuff came damaged so I wanted to return it. Did the return as soon as I got the return label, the items were returned to the warehouse on the 4th.

4th March

Contacted support for refund, was told 24hrs to process

5th March

Contacted support for refund, was told AGAIN another 24hrs to process

6th March

Contacted support for refund, well guess what, ANOTHER 24hrs to process

Well by now I'm not sure what is Razer support up to but they are dicking me around for the past few days. I've seen other horror stories on Razer returns on here where they waited months for Razer to refund. I hope I wouldn't be the next victim.
You should see my post. They stall, lie to customers when you ask to cancel your order. I had a preorder that was supposed to ship on 3/3 but then got pushed to 3/19 which I can't potentially be home for given my travel plans. I asked to cancel and they said it will be shipped on 3/3. On 3/3 it got delayed to 3/19 and they are ghosting me. Rep after rep and all are trained to stall and lie to customers to prevent order cancellations.
@jyj123 Refunds are generally system-generated and can take up to 7 days. Once the returned item arrives, our Warehouse Team verifies the nature and the extent of the damage then tags it on the system if the reported issues stand. The fund transfer, however, is a totally different story. This is because banks require additional time to review the transfer. With all that said, please send me your ticket number so I can look into what's causing the hold-up. I can't guarantee anything, but I will do my best to try to move things along.

@bkusumo I understand that your experience with our Support Team hasn't been up to our usual standards. But that's not enough of a reason to assume that we're all trying to prevent you from getting your money back. Nobody wants to have that kind of flack over an order cancellation. Feel free to send me a message if you need my help.
