razer not responding to my support/locked out of account


Hey can you help me with unlocking my razer id, I got locked out of it when i was almost done setting up the account with my mobile number but didn't receive any SMS alerts anywhere so i tried again and again and eventually got locked out. About 6 times i tried to get an SMS to no avail. now i can't even make purchases anymore. Great 😐 contacted support a lot and only got a “wait” “we will respond later on ” replies and almost no replies other than one.

Hi, I have the same problem, they blocked my account and they don't give me an answer
